Hypothetical Question

You are standing out in the middle of a large field, watching a rather impressive meteor shower. Suddenly a flash of light and a loud boom signal the entrance of a meteor into our atmosphere. You look up, hoping to see the trail of smoke, and you see that it is coming towards you! Do you:

1) Run out of the way as fast as possible
2) Try and make sure you get hit, simply because you'll probably never get a chance at a death this epic ever again

Running wouldn't work, plus, if it's a meteor big enough to kill you, you'd be dead before you could even see it.

Actually, meteors enter the atmosphere at speeds enough to kill you even if it were pretty much a grain of sand when it got to you. No matter the size, you'd be screwed if it hit you, but it wouldn't necessarily destroy much around you.
