You are a special forces soldier. Your team has failed to destroy an enemy outpost and most of the sqaud was killed in the initial firefight. You and the three other survivors were unable to to make it to the extraction point in time and are now stranded, your only option is to make your way back to friendly territory on foot. The area is a sprawling desert where temperatures can reach the 120s in the day and the low 30s at night. Your radio only radio has been destoyed.

-Camoflage uniforn matching the locale
-Tan combat boots
-Load bearing vest
-Combat helmet
You currently have the following items on you:
-M4A1 SOPMOD with a nearly empty clip
-M9
-2 full rifle magazines
-4 pistol magazines
-3 M67 grenades
-1 white smoke grenade
-4 flares
-Individual Medical kit
-Night vision goggles
-Compass
-Maps of area
-GPS
-4.5 liters of water contained in a camelbak and two canteens
The trek will take 68 hours if you walk at a constant pace, yet doing so would exhaust your water supply too quiclky. You are not sure if the enemy has sent out search parties, which there is a good chance they have.
You must chose what clothing and/or equipment you will shed to save weight if any at all, and how you will complete the trek.
