Alright, so, yesterday I got a voicemail from my usual Gamestop (Brier Creek, Raleigh, NC) telling me I had 'unused reservation credits.' Having no idea what those even were, but smelling like free money, I went on a Google Hunt about an hour ago to dig up some info.
It seemed that people were indeed, getting money for things like picking up midnight releases, etc. Having done that for just about every 360 game I own and figuring I HAD to have something coming to me, I followed this link provided by both the voicemail and a few message boards:

However, when I put in my information, it said I didn't have an account and/or my store didn't exist. Now, quadruple checking the store phone-number (in fact, I just called them.) and eying the other Firefox tab I have open (The Gamestop front page with me logged in) I...don't know what the problem is.
The aforementioned call to my Gamestop let me know that I had nothing but two games pre-ordered on my account and no unused reservation credits.'
Has anyone had any luck with this? And could someone help me out in any way?
