Are you talking 'credit crunch' credit or University credits?

If you mean University/Scholl Credits than the answer for the UK is no. We do not use a 'credit' system, you are merely required to enroll in a number of courses relevant to your topic.

If you mean banking credit let me know and we'll get into that whole barrel of worms
