Sorry for the lolspeak, but it kinda fits.

So at the moment I have a new addition to my colony of felines (this makes #4 indoor, and #5 total) (yes I am like a crazy ole cat lady, dont shine the light on my addiction! :D )

Anyway, It is in need of a name. Ive been tinkering with one, but I would like to hear some suggestions before I press forward with one.

Scenario:

He is a creamy white cottony long fur male. Hes just a tad bit cross eyed w/ blue eyes (at least for now anyway) He has rusty orange coloration perfectly on his ears and the entirety of his tail. As well as matching orange "eye shadow" which you can get a little sense from the pic(sorry camera doesnt have a flash)

His relatives have a tendency to be shorter cats with stubbyish legs but grow outward to the point where you have trouble figuring out where the fluff ends and the cat begins.

At the moment when he is awake he typically only has one speed. However he is very cowardly and will even run home whining and crying when confronted with the full sized cats. Highly bonded and affectionate. He comes from a family of very good hunters.

Now, with it being a male, want the name to be fairly masculine. For example the current name ive been considering is Copper, but I would love to hear some more unique alternatives that fit thematically with the physical characteristics and/or the persona described.

So yes, looking for unique, male names. I would thank you in advance for your time, and consideration as well as any suggestions that might be offered.

Edit: Kudos for meta names.

Dovahkiin.

Sorry that was the first one that popped into my head. I'll probably edit this post if I think of more.

Interesting ideas thus far.

I like Dovahkiin, but with the intention to modify it by striking the Do. Vahkiin. (Vah - Kin)

As for Escapist names. Yeah.. Sterling is a right ole school British Manly name. If I were to go that route, Sterling Crowshaw would flow a lil better in my mind. As for Fillion... Personally Not a fan.

Again, I thank everyone for the ideas, and Would still like plenty more to ruminate on.

Yatzhee Serling or if you want the ulimate manily name Nathan Fillion
Sorry you can't use this without changing it to Nathan Feline (Felion?), just not allowed...

OT, I've got nothing, My cat's named Zilla (which means shadow) but that seems inapropriate for a white-ish cat...

He looks like a younger version of my cat, who is named Isaac. That and Lionel are the first two cat names that come to mind for me.

Or you could name him something comically noble, like Lord Fluffikins or Sir Mittens the Third. Only, don't use Sir Mittens the Third because I've decided that my next cat will be named that.

Aww, what a cutie. I love the name copper, but that tends to be more for horses, and is not really a manly man name, I put the word "copper" into the thesaurus and one of the names that came out was "cinnamon"...okay it is not very manly but I though it was a good cat name, For something more manly, how about "Buff".

Have you considered naming him 'Charcoal'?

It sprung to mind instantly when I saw that picture but I have as-yet been unable to find the train-of-thought behind it.

Sissel? If you're gonna name him that, then just name him Missile (even though he's not a pomeranian)

What about Sir Reginald Fluffybottom the third? No? Not manly enough?

How about Alaric? That sounds manly and badass

Simba

Because then you could rub your thumb horizontally against his forhead while you say it!

Seriously though, I would go with Ander's cat from Dragon Age. Sir Pouncealot.
