They are working on trying to bring the forums over but currently just have them linked. Why do you NEED your account deleted? You haven't used it for this long, I am not sure what difference it makes if it is deleted or just sits there. I don't think there has been much activity in our group in forever, they merged R&P with Off Topic as part of the "plan to bring the forums over", so your R&P group may be the only "R&P" only place left on the site
