When I was younger I remember trying a game in a gamestore and I really liked it. (at that point I wasn't too familiar with the next-gen consoles like the xbox 360 so I pretty much liked everything) I remember that you controlled Ms. Elf-looking-lady-person and you had the ability to transform into a plant or a ice sasquach thing or a monster made of rocks etc. for different attacks or platforming or puzzle solving. I can't remember the name exactly, It was Kameo or something. Can you tell me the name of the game and possibly what you think of it.

Yeah, sounds like Kameo to me. I only ever played the demo too, but I remember thinking that it was really violent for its art style.

Man that game was bad.
How was it bad? I've never played full game and I don't trust demos.
I could just never get into it. It always seemed too.. childish.

Also some of the time the controls felt so mushy that you'd be stuck doing one bit over and over because the rock ball wouldn't listen to what the hell you wanted to do!

Not a bad game by any means, once you get over your self-consciousness there's a lot of fun to be had. It has it's tedious parts, and the combat was a bit clunky, but it was a fun game to jump into and play for a few hours. (beat it in a day, but it was overall a good day)
