I can't update my 360 dashboard

Ok, so I bought Batman Arkhan City and I have to update the Xbox dashboard. I click yes but the update doesn?t happen, instead this thing appears:

Can't install the update. This disc is unreadable.

335A-351F-1800-0703-C000-0099



Can someone help me?

Clean the disk, maybe? Did you buy is secondhand?
