I think masturbation is talked about so much as it is something which unifies us all, we may be from different countries, follow different religions even be enemies outside of the forums yet we all have a common interest in masturbation... and one arm bigger than the other. 
Though i think the only reason there seems to be less women on these forums is that it's reflective of how their tends to be more male gamers, although thats meant to be changing so i assume the forum will too.
