I have had: 4 tickets for having a tail light out on my car, one for causing a collision, two for speeding, and one for being on my cell phone. I find it hilarious how stupid you are its making me facepalm. You make assumptions about my level of schooling and use that to call me a moron when you know nothing about my schooling. Also you seem to think that being hassled by the police constitutes tickets that you TOTALLY deserved getting. I'm willing to bet that all of those encounters were over in less than 5 minutes and didn't go anywhere beyond "License and registration, sir" followed by the officer filling out the ticket and giving it to you. He didn't ask you to step out of the car or any further questions and didn't have any other motives for pulling you over. I have to say you seem like a magnificent driver to me too which is probably why you get pulled over so much.

Do you even have the faintest idea who W.E.B. Dubois was or for a matter of fact any African-American thinkers are at all? I really don't think you do because if you had any idea of what they talk about you'll realize that I'm not a racist I'm just more aware of the situation than you. Also just because one person accomplished something great, like your friend's father, doesn't mean that all of a sudden race relations are suddenly fixed after 400 years of oppression. You can be good with something on a personal level, but that does not mean that it translates out to the greater population. In fact you're the kind of moron that implies since we have a "black" president that everything is fine now when that is not the case.

I'm not anti-white by the way just because I'm aware of my white privilege and I reject it. Those white protesters that are getting pepper sprayed have done the same thing and the system is still trying to keep the divide between middle class Americans in place. Those protesters may not know that they are rejecting the privilege to just sit by and watch things unfold because no matter what they'll still be one step above someone else. They are in fact doing that though and just by the fact that you can't admit that you have a privilege over someone else keeps that privilege in place.

I'm done arguing with you in this topic because clearly you're never going to agree with me and that's fine, but you have to be aware of white privilege. It does exist whether you care to admit it or not.
