Well, the whole point of the movie is to figure out what was real and what was fabricated. So in that regard you did get it.

To answer you question properly as the other gentle man is slightly wrong.

Verbal Kent goes by the name Keyser Soze when he is dealing with the business but yes they all were there and they all died by verbals hand, the dock worker who is burnt identified him.
