Personally I found it quite good, but tad too much gore. Especially when that guy got his arms sawed off. I saw it as unnecessary

Movie was mediocre, it wasn't bad, it just didn't have the same effect on me as the comic. After I finished reading the graphic novel, I just sat there for awhile astonished at how awesome it was.
I thought it was good and was a refreshing look at superheroes. Still, I found it to be a bit bloated and messy in terms of plot and dialogue. I personally prefer the visceral purity of 300.
Granted, I haven't read the comics but I thought the movie was terrible.
The movie to me in a word is it kicked *BLEEP*. It gave us a look of how (yeah its far off) superheros might act, and how they may see society.
My, how odd a number of people show distaste for the film. I thought it was not only one of the best superhero films ever, but the best film in general since...well, going on a few years now. Not counting Dorian Gray, that was just awesome.

Yep. In every scene. Even the flashbacks. Even when the plot has nothing to do with him, he's just there in background. Every single scene in the whole movie has a naked man in it.smilely47 said:
