I found a possible bug/error in pokemon omega ruby

so while using soar I found one of the mirage spots has a unobtainable item...
the spot in question is a mirage cave that appears off the coast of fallbor town and route 114
the cave in question is mutilevel with you landing on a straight path into the top part of the cave once in you have on the left acro bike ledges and on the right stairs that lead down to a ledge with a yellow item ball (the kind with TM/HMs in them) but you cant access the ball because of rocks if you take the bike path it leads to a lower outside section that leads towards the ball but is still blocked because there is a mach bike slope in the way so to get the ball you would need BOTH BIKES at the same time?!

so in short omega ruby has a TM that is unaccessable anyone know how to send a bug report to Nintendo?

You can obtain both bikes.

A brand new feature to Pokémon Omega Ruby & Pokémon Alpha Sapphire is the ability to have both bikes at the same time. This is necessary for getting some items in a variety of areas including the Safari Zone and various Mirage Caves. To get both bikes, you need to advertise Rydel's Bikes to various people throughout the region

Mach Bike - Show the Mach Bike to a Hex Maniac in the Route 111 Desert
Acro Bike - Show the Acro Bike to a Bird Keeper in the Acro Bike area of Route 119 - Requires Surf & Waterfall
Any Bike - Speak to a Triathlete in Battle Resort
Once you have spoken to all three of these characters, return to Rydel's Cycles in Mauville City and he will give you the other bike, so you now have both bikes at the same time.
