Lay down, take advil, and get an ice pack to lay on your head. That is all you really can do

If a doctor can't help then I don't see us being any use.

I tend to drink lot's of fluid if I have a headache, and as for fever a warmish shower might help a little.

I usually just take a pill and relax. So, I do what I do everyday, but with pills.

I suggest meditating to align your chakras with the frequency of a healing crystal. Or you could try water/juice + advil + sleep.

Play some videogames. Its always a good idea. Then get over the fact that you're sick.

Headaches? The French had a pretty good way of solving that problem...

Look at all these people! They are all soooooo excited to witness an instant headache cure!

Or sweat it out, but where's the fun in that?

I got a fever too. DISCO fever! *dances*

But really, I make myself hot drinks, eat a lot of sweets and watch 24 episodes^^. I've been not-so-well this week, and that's helped me not really thinking about it. Doesn't really make you better, but you will feel tons better anyway =p.

Sleeping drugs + sleep = cure!

Yeah, not much I can say besides that... Sleep helps with just about everything though.

Painkillers, water (sip it don't gulp it) and sleep. These are the only things that will really help. Also possibly eating healthy foods/multivitamins. I find green tea makes me feel better but that could just be a placebo-like effect because I know green tea is good for you. It's probably viral so you'll just have to wait for your immune system to get off it's arse and sort it out I'm afraid.

Such a good album! Begging For Mercy and Your Betrayal are my favourites.

OT: I always have a shower and just play games with a wet flannel on my head. Plus, there's medicine specifically for fever that I get from my pharmacy. Sleep is overrated.

I usually take a pain killer and cover up to try and break the fever then try and go to sleep also drinking fluids helps I usually drink a sports drink but I'm not sure if that matters.

All generally good advice from the ppls above, I can only reitorate drink lots of fluids, sleep plenty, check your temp. at around 18:00 every day (That's when it should be highest) and take asparin or paracetamol or Tylanol or whatever, but don't exceed 2000 mg a day, and don't take that dosage more than a couple of times in a week.

Then Play Gears. Dunno, why but it helps me, probably something about staring stupidly slim odds in the face...

They say 'starve a fever', but drink LOTS of cold drinks (not fizzy preferably), take whatever painkillers you prefer and try and get some sleep with light blankets that won't make you too hot. Sometimes a cold towel on the forehead can help. Feel better!

Whenever I have a headache, I just press in that spot and it goes away. Until I let go that is. Then I go into a dark room and sleep.

For fevers I've found that getting under a blanket and causing yourself to heat up and sweat makes it go away faster. You feel really uncomfortable, but you also dont feel like crap afterwards.
