The best way to play is with the mic plugged in, but turned all the way down. That way you won't hear all of the morons talking trash. The people who are completely silent are usually the cool ones. My friend explicitly told me to bring the headset when I first got my 360 so he could sit and talk shit the whole time. That's just what happen when people talk to each other anonymously.

So i got a 360 for christmas, so i left my PS3 and Wii rest.
Been playing online games since Diablo 2, and never have i seen so many (excuse the language) arseholes before! Almost everyone i meet on xbox live are pricks who has an urge to swear and make rude remarks every two seconds or people who seem nice for a while but then they start being just like the the others.
Does xbox live really change people? I've never met anyone like this on PSN, so i dont get it!

I'll put it simply, xbox has cheap headsets, so the immature children can afford to have them. Also 360 is cheaper as well. So yet more children have access to 360's and headsets, thus upping the number of assholes that can yell at you over XBL.
