...and this is it. I badly want a game that I believe only came out in the US of A, and I'm in Australia. Basically, what I'm asking is:

"Are DS/DS Games region coded or anything like that? Or could you play a DS game from America on a DS from Australia?"

DS games aren't region encoded.

Edit: I should clarify that to include that the recent DSi actually is region-locked, unlike previous DS models. Older DS games will still play on it fine.

I bought Jump! Ultimate Stars, which was only released in Japan. It works on my DS here in the mid-USA. If that worked, an American game will work on an Australian DS.
