I currently have a Win 7 Internet Security 2012 on my computer. It's a Trojan virus, and most of the details you can find easily by looking it up.

Call it strange, but my problem is and isn't removing the virus at the same time. I can open an antivirus that will disable it, but the problem is, when I restart my computer, the virus reappears. If it helps, the antivirus that holds it down is one called STOPzilla. I don't know how to remove this virus completely. I also have a flash drive, and although I wondered if the flash drive was the thing infected, even without the flash drive it comes up.

Please help me. This is making it really hard to do research for a project.

I'm not much of an expert i'm afraid, your probably best finding someone you know in IRL who will be able to remove the virus for you.

My housemate actually just got rid of a virus today by restoring windows back to it's settings the day before his computer caught the virus. I don't know the specifics but perhaps you could try similar?

You need to have a system backup (Or whatever it's called) in order to do that. However...

If it's really a huge problem, OP, put all of your important programs onto a flash drive and do a system restore. That should kill it.

Thanks for the suggestions. Coincidentally, right after posting this, the antiviruses resolved it, and I got to finish my project. Yay.
Well it seems you already resolved the problem, but Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is a great free virus scanner/solver and it's always been better than the crappy antivirus that is included in computers.
