I really want to buy mass effect 2, but i need whatever money i have for gas to go to college. i cannot find a job, i do not know why. i applied in a pro-shop at an ice rink, but they have yet to call me back. i know how to sharpen ice skates and have experience working in a pro shop. i have played ice hockey for 14 years.

i applied to gamestop, but again, nothing.

in case you havent noticed, im whining.

any ideas where else i could apply? My interests are hockey, whitewater rafting (i guided last summer and probably will again this summer), video games, movies, and making money

Just because you've played hockey doesn't mean you need or should take a job in an ice rink, just because you like video games doesn't make you suitable to work at gamestop. Times are bad out there, even if you find something that doesn't involve one of your intrests or something you have experience in you have to take it. try any large chain restaurant in your area. especially ones who are recently opening. most GM's who are opening a new restaurant in a large chain hire almost everyone who applies, then eliminate the weaker employees. and if you are a busboy or a fry cook or a dish washer, as long as you work hard and don't complain, you are not one of the weaker employees.
