Seriously, though, how much of the length ends up inside depends on position anyway. Cowgirl style, for example, can mean he goes in too far and hits cervix and ouch, whereas other positions don't have this trouble.

On a slightly more serious note I think it's good to reassure people that they are not abnormal, as penis size is one of those blokey things to laugh at each other about, and you can't exactly see if you're a normal size compared to other people while you're out and about after all.
