Of late their have been a lot of goings on. Some important, some less important, and some not important and all. This can be from serious matters like multiple nations (yay it's not just the US this time) going after Libya and the tsunami's/ earthquake to the not so serious and mundane like Bieber's newest haircut or the Friday song or w/e that is. Personally I try to know a little bit about a lot of things but....

I really do not give 2 shits about the Biowear "scandal" with Dragon Age 2. I don't really understand why its getting so much attention on boards/gaming channels. It is what it is, move on please.

So Escapist nation... what has been getting a lot of attention of late that you just don't understand/care to hear anymore?

I'm personally tired of hearing people bash Dragon Age 2. I loved that game, start to finish. More compelling, combat somewhat smoother (less pausing) Room for improvement, but doesn't deserve so much bad attention.

Another thing is all these piracy forum posts. No ones opinion will change based off those posts. It's pointless.

I'll have to side with you on that BioWARE scandal. I don't even know what it is, I've just seen various article headlines. Can't be bothered to investigate further. Also, Dragon Age II as a whole.

By the way, there's no way this topic will end well. Knowing the Escapist, I can almost guarantee that someone will have already said "Japan! I'M SO DAMN EDGY" by the time I post this. This will naturally lead to a flame war.

I care about Japan but I dont care about Libya etc. I'm very involved with the lifestyles etc of Japan Culture, but Libya etc; to me its just "We hate you all, this is how we run things now. BOMB THEM ALL! BOMB THEM ALL!"

I am also another person that doesn't really care about all the bashing "Dragon age 2" has gotten. My brother bought the game and he said he really enjoyed it and doesn't see why everyone is complaining. I haven't played it yet, but the next time I visit my brother I am going to play on it a little bit and try and see whether or not it has deserved the backlash it has gotten.
