I just finished Bastion

And it is simply fantastic. Seriously every one with XBLA needs to get it. It is challenging, has a great story (the ending made me cry), lots of replay value, and its only 1600MSP! If anyone here has played the game, you know what I am talking about.

Shouldn't this be in the review section? Anyway, I agree: it is very good. My main problems are a pretty weak story and too many boring stationary enemies, but, yes, it's a lot of fun.

I diddn't think the story was weak at all, but yea, some of the stationary enemies are a pain.

i could go on. there's better deals out there, and a whole 20 bucks on a short downloadable game. i'd wait until a sale to buy it. it doesn't look THAT amazing that i'd be willing to put it to the top of my "MUST HAVE" list of XBLA and XBLIG games

I tried the demo, it was really fun and I loved the narrator guy, especially when he remarked on what I personally did (e.g. started smashing everything.) Kinda wish I had saved some MS points for it, but i'll get more soon.

Out of curiosity, about how long would you say it is?

That's another good thing about it. Despite the fact that its 15 dollars, it took me 8 hours to finish.
