Thats right, I liked it. I feel like there is something wrong with me. I mean sure the internet was crapping out and I had little else to play. I expected it to be a painful experience, but I didn't find it bad at all. Not very challenging, but at times fun and it definitely helped fill in the down time with bad internet.

So has anyone played a game, watched a movie, tv show, done something that everyone said sucked yet for some reason you enjoyed it?

Thank you Critical Miss.

I guess... the Disgaea anime. It got a bit stupid at times, animation sometimes took the easy route out, but the dub was good enough that I wanted to keep going despite it.

The Umineko anime, i thought it was awesome while everyone who'd played the Visual Novel was decrying it as "worst adaptation evar!!!!!"

Almost makes me wanna go through the lengthy, annoying process of downloading translation software to try the damn game... Almost

I get more joy over the concept of a game/anime etc anyway and i found the concept of a guy desperately trying to find non magical ways through impossible created-by-magic problems really interesting. Not to mention the whole "the game's only over when someone gives up" side of things

I can admit that it does fall apart after the 13th or so episode after rewatching it

So without further ado

*ahem*

DAMN YOU DDDDDDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!

Theres nothing wrong with you. Your just in a small minority. And that's fine. Enjoy what you enjoy. Doesn't mean that BF3 single player didn't largely fail, just means you got lucky with it. We all have anomolies like that.

Kane and Lynch 2. I actually liked playing it, but it's probably because I only played it at a friends' house. If I had payed 60 dollars for that short of a game I'd probably be pissed too. I still enjoyed it, though. Very visceral game.

The single player wasn't bad, but it was so average that Dice should've done better. I thought Bad company 2 single player was better.

OT: I really enjoyed Singularity's single player, I feel that it is largely ignored.

I loved it. Taking off from the aircraft carrier was my favorite part.

I don't see why people say that they ripped their ideas from Black Ops... they both have a guy being interrogated, who has flashbacks to certain events. And those are the only things that they have in common.

The Battlefield 3 single player was all right, though the quick time events were pretty frustrating. The only reason people rip on it is because the Conquest and Rush modes are just *that* much better, especially with buddies online. Personally, I think if they expanded the co op missions more to create sort of a highly polished Left 4 Dead type of experience for you and 3 of your buddies (bring back Bad Company and make them all player controlled characters!), they would have have the perfect non competitive multiplayer game, but each to his own.
