'I Love College' am I missing something?

Asher Roth's song 'I Love College' seems to be very very popular between quite a few people I know. I understand the sentiments behind the lyrics, but the complete lack of anything musicaly talented is painful. And he sounds like a rambling drunk to me.

Can anybody shed some light on why it is so popular? Or do others dislike it as much as me?

I agree with you, I really don't like this song and I'm a college student, I got a 3.8 GPA, but I still occasionally go to a party, I guess I'm the rest of the people other than the "average" as hungoverbear said.

I personally love those "avarage" college students because most of my income comes from drunk stundents who i cheat in poker and blackjack. They don't really need to be drunk but then they usually don't remember who took their money.
