I've never raged in a game. However, I have a friend who rages all the time. He always ragequits in LoL because he doesn't play a lot and he's not that good, but whenever somebody tries to teach him how to play better he gets all mad and leaves. Then again, he's always been prone to getting butt hurt super easily. He sure can dish jokes but when somebody jokes around with him he gets all mad and upset.

I thought I had a rage quit problem and then I met my girlfriend. Losing does NOT compute with her.

In my defense, chess is hard! :)
You also throw down your controller a LOT.
Yeah, sorry about that! Good thing I'm just watching you play God of War and not actually playing! I feel I would rage a lot otherwise haha :D

Actually struggling to remember the last time I raged at a game...

I can get angry, but it's mostly at myself for doing stupid things. Multiplayer has never been a thing to get me angry, but single player can piss me off quite a bit, especially when bad luck is involved.

The last time I got annoyed may have been at some point in my Skyrim binge a month ago. The enemies are cheap bastards, sometimes.

Maybe this was just my experience with raging at games, but the cure for me was being in group chats with friends who also rage. At some point I realized how annoying it is to listen to someone else raging over something as stupid as every single death in a game. After listening to them and being annoyed by their raging, it made me pay more attention to myself and think "that was just a stupid mistake" rather than "OMFG SO UNFAIR". That got me to the point where I rage in silence, and honestly I think it helped me deal with anger in a much healthier way.
