I've actually watched every single one of those movies I think except 1408( I'll check it out we seem to have a similar taste).

"The man from earth"(torrent it, the creators more or less allowed it), will satisfy your mind fuck addiction rather good, it's my favorite movie of all time to so I'm surprised it has not found its way on your list.

Children of Men is a very good political film set in a near future where women can no longer have children and the British government enforces extreme right wing measures in order to deal with the influx of fugitives. Very good film, gritty and engaging and brilliantly shot using some amazing techniques, one action sequence lasts about 8 minutes on a single take. Also I think a far more realistic approach to a distopian extreme right wing future than say V for Vendetta or Equillibrium, where they take it beyond the extreme and into the absurd to the point where V for Vendetta becomes more of a parody of itself.

Arlington Road
Mulholland Drive
Lost Highway

I guess I'm going with a street theme there, but the first is a bit lighter than the other two, for which you should bring a helmet.

Oh, also, Cube 2: Hypercube, since you liked the first.
Personally i think the last two cube movies where less interesting compared to the first.
The first one was raw and twisted, the last 2 just tried to top it with gore.
Abit like all Saw movies after the first.

There's some movie in the cinemas at the moment that's kind of indie and cult, but it has a big following. It's called Inception or something. I hear it's a bit mindfucky :p.

Which in turns brings me to another Christopher Nolan movie, one much underrated and unseen, The Prestige. Check it out.

Or, play Heavy Rain.

Have you ever seen Session 9? It's a psychological horror film. It's probably one of the only film that managed to scare me.
I swear, as soon as I actually have something bloody relevant to say, I'm ninja'd.

Uh...I dunno...other than that, and what you've already seen...Jacob's Ladder?..Hey, I enjoyed it!

And a perfect psychological mindfuck is the anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion, it's giant mech fear with that major twist, I know you asked films but for someone with a resume like yours this series would probably be a fun challenge to follow.

And if you can find the subs for it, "Ben X" is a good one aswell.
Its from Belgium and goes about an authistic boy and the world as he sees it, like the mmorpg he's addicted to.

go see blade runner
every movie fan should see that movie at least once
plus its a pretty good mindf*ck(can i swear on the escapist?)
Shit yeah. As long as you're not actually insulting someone or saying things so obscene the mods faces explode in horror, you're fucking fine :)

OT: I'm going to have to go with American Beauty. It's god damn amazing.

"Uh, whose car is that out front?"
"Mine. 1970 Pontiac Firebird. The car I've always wanted and now I have it. I rule!"

Trainspotting could kinda be classed as a psychological film. It's a lot like Requiem for a Dream except with Scotsmen and it's more tame about the drugs. Still pretty disturbing though.

Moon with Sam Rockwell. It's a movie about a solitary worker living on the moon, his 3 year contract is almost up but the loneliness is getting to him. Another person has mysteriously appeared in his habitat. It takes a twist into hard science fiction.

Pandorum, some made-for-Starz movie made with Dennis Quaid. While not nearly as psychological as some you mentioned it does have it's moments. It's a science fiction-psychological-adventure-horror-action, it actually wasnt too bad for a direct to dvd type movie.

Primer was great considering it was filmed for $7000. Confusing even after reading spoilers.

Sorry for the spammage, but with a 300+dvd collection its easy to miss some titles.

"Das Experiment" is awesome. A german experiment where volunteers need to run a fictional prison, half become inmates, the other half guards and the idea is to act like your role. Aside that, your human rights are forfeit the moment you sign the contract and is valid for the duration of the experiment.
The twist arrives when some time in the experiment, the roles are switched.

"Waking life", a philosophical mash of dream and reality. Mainly about lucid dreaming.
In the same style as "A Scanner Darkly", with rotoscoping.

"Blade Runner", sci-fi about a group of androids who defied their programming and became conscious and a special detective/cop to fix the problem. There about 5 versions of the movie but only 2 that matter: The Final Cut and the Theatrical version, the last one has been polished from the original directors cut to become as it should've been and the other has the detective narrate the story while it unfolds.

Mm, I really enjoyed some of Luis Buñuel's films, mostly surrealist films like The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie or Belle de Jour. Delicatessen is another great film that's twisted and funny at the same time.

Those that have been suggested, but I must reinforce:
-One Hour Photo
-A Scanner Darkly

That which has not been suggested:
-Adaptation.

Watch this movie. WATCH IT. It doesn't matter if you don't like Nicolas Cage (which I do, very much), your brain will make an exception for this movie. Frigging watch it.

If you like anime the End of Evangelion movie is very psychological. And I mean very. You have to watch the original series to understand it though otherwise you'll be even more confused. Still, I recommend you watch it if you like anime.
