I need a little help!

right, so basically, I'm in that situation everybody frequently finds themselves in: you hear a tune that you like, but can't recognise who its by or what its called. Infuriating!

Anyways, I was hoping somebody could tell me the name of this tune: http://juggling.tv/video/1481/dan-the-hat-man or, at the very least, whether someone could tell me where I could acquire it WITHOUT the background noise (it has a lot of cheering and stuff in it). Thanks!
