You like Heavenly Sword, so you MUST play the God of War series. For a good shooter, I would recommend Orange Box. Half-Life 2 is great, Team Fortress 2 will satisfy your multiplayer needs, and Portal is sheer awesomeness. I advise you to get the 360 version if you actually plan on playing TF2, though, because the ps3 version doesn't have the achievements that unlock player upgrades. Otherwise, either version is good. If you like Uncharted, it depends on what you like about the game. If it's the exploration and acrobatics, any Tomb Raider game will do. The combat is unfamiliar to me among ps3 games.

i have the orange box for 360 already as to GOW its already on my looking for list the dam ps3 version of the first two games those is a ***** to find and i dont want to play the 3rd before the others. I wont use any Ebay like site anymore it takes waaay too long to get anything from there because A)they can never find my house or B)my post office loses it

I don't know your views on GameStop, but if they're ok by you, you can order a copy of the game and it will most likely ship on time. You may run into there only being used copies, but I doubt it since these games are still pretty new. There'ss still the chance of a post office screw-up, but that's true for all mail.

my gamestop is for lack of a better word just plain a crap store its not their falt their severly underfunded so they wont let me order a game through them with out at least a $10 fee i just dont see the point but the good news is i dont have to i have the game on layaway and ill have it in less then a month(dam recession finaly took out my job )

I know I'm echoing what others have said, but inFamous and Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction are both pretty good.

If you have the same taste as me (which is probably a bad one, but whatever), I'd make sure you get Tools of Destruction and not A Crack in Time. I found it to be a bit of a disappointment.
Plus it's the sequel. Wouldn't make much sense.

On topic, even though I don't own it, Infamous is basically current-gen Sly Cooper, and therefore awesome.

I also recommend Valkyria Chronicles, even though some missions can get frustrating (I stopped playing a while ago because of Chapter 14).

OP if you go for KillZone 2 like the lemon has said, add me to PSN, you'll seriously need a helping hand when it comes to the multiplayer because its proper hard, like Ninja Gaiden hard.

Yeah, I didn't like it either. The controls were terrible, the story was boring, the characters were unlikeable and the game just generally gave me a headache.
