I need a pixel art tutorial.

I've started up an account on deviantART, and I've seen some really cool pixel art around the place. I've been looking for a while, but I can't find any decent tutorials to get me started. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

This. It's pretty much the same as drawing a regular picture but in REALLY low res.
