I have Valkyria Chronicles, Kingdom Hearts 1+2, and Dark Cloud 1+2, and so far I'm considering Disgaea 3 on the PS3, but that's all I can think of. Does anyone have any other suggestions out there?

i would advise you to try and find the first disgaea for the PS2 (if you havent played it yet) it is the best game i have ever played (i say this a lot). if your really stuck try any of the suikoden titles and - if in doubt - Breath of Fire.

If you had a 360, I would suggest Lost Odyssey for a nice treat of a JRPG in this game's market.

But since you have a DS, get Chrono Trigger. Excellent game, one of the greats. =]

PS3:
Valkyria Chronicles. It isn't exactly your bog standard JRPG, but the gameplay is fun, graphics are amazing and the story is well written with likeable characters

I'll get behind that, especially if you (TP) like leveling up characters and buying them upgrades. The art style is amazing too.

If you have a ps3 and like jrpgs, you should have Valkyria Chronicles.
I've also heard good things about Disgaea 3. I haven't tried it yet but its on my rental list.
