General Melchett in Blackadder once said "Well bugger me with a fish fork!" which I found inexplicably funny.
I also like the phrase Victor used in Fallout New Vegas "Well butter my butt and call me a biscuit!"

Also, not an exclamation but a clever use of near swearing I can remember - I used to work with a really pleasant, mild mannered guy who had a very particular way of offering to get co-workers a drink. He always said in a very aggressive voice "are YOU FU COFfee?" stressing only those parts I've put in caps. Always fun to see people react with astonishment at such rudeness from this normally pleasant guy, only to quickly realise it was a cleverly veiled offer - and no Englishman can stay offended at someone that's actually offering to get them a drink! ;o)
