So I find myself in the unfortunate situation that I am without a proper singleplayer game to play. This is where I need help, and where you come in!

I quite like adventure and action/adventure games, but I've played all the ones I know of.
These include stuff like the longest journey1&2, syberia 1&2, PoP triology, Tomb Raider:Legends and Underworld, Still life 1&2, broken sword 3.
I'm sure there is a lot of great games in these genres that I do not know of though, so I would be grateful if ya'll could suggest some to me, preferable something from within the last 10 years or so.
I also cant seem to find anywhere where I can buy broken sword 4 digitally either. If anyone knows where to buy that game I'd be quite happy as well!

Edit: Oh I should probably mention that I am of the PC-gaming master race as well, and own no consoles.

You could always try Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. It's a good game, but it really doesn't belong as part of the trilogy. I'd recommend renting it as it's quite easy to beat everything within 2 days (14 hours, all achievements.)

Uncharted and Uncharted 2.

There you go enjoy.

Edit: aaaaaaand I just saw your edit, now I haven't got a clue because if there's one thing I don't do it's PC gaming.

Seems I was a bit late with my edit..lol

Forgotten sands wont be out for another week though.

I'd actually like to play uncharted, but sadly those are PS3 exclusives.

Hmmm... How about Dead Space and Mass Effect? (I bet you've already played the later though)
I have indeed played mass effect. They're not really in the genre I'm looking for currently though.

What platform do you want this game for? I don't want to suggest an exclusive that you don't have access to.

Oops, you already edited your OP, silly me.

Ok, well, I recommend Batman Arkham Asylum, Portal, Psychonauts, and The Suffering.

You can download The Suffering for free from here:

Those first 3 are great games. I've played Portal and psychonauts and is taking a break from arkham asylum. Never heard of the suffering before though.

Have you ever played Half Life before? It has action and a bit of adventure.
Half Life is a shooter through and through. And yes I've played it! I'm a PC gamer, how could I not have played half-life? :p

well...
fable 1 and 2
infamous
prototype
super Mario galaxy 1 and 2
paper Mario 1-3
the spider man games
darksiders
prince of Persia 08
the sonic games (black knight in particular)
all the Zelda games
the metroid games
the ratchet and clank games
the jak and daxter games
the uncharted games
okami (<- this one in particular)
ico
shadow of the colossus
the spyro games

just to name a few.
Alot (pretty much all) of these games aren't on PC.

As a PC gamer myself, I'd recommend Company of Heroes, it's an RTS, but it's pretty cool.

That's legal/virus-free, right?
