Could you recommend me an artist on DeviantArt that's good? I need to commission one to draw my OC.

Given that you haven't detailed any preferences in terms of style or whatnot, I'm just going to reel off some links from my old DA profile to artists that I consider good in one way or another..

No guarantees that these folks still do commissions or are even still active. I haven't been on the site for a long time. You would have to contact them yourself to make enquires.

Many of them are professional artists and as such will expect payment for any services rendered. (I assume you know this and that's what you meant by "commission", but it always pays to make sure, you'd be surprised how many folks expect artists on the internet to work for free.)
