I need help again?

Ye,ye i know i am bad at computers but i am trying to write a review on Star Wars kotor 1&2 but of course they aren't working The problems occurs about 10 minutes into the game Kotor 1 just keeps quiting at this time but kotor 2 quits and never re-opens! Now i have tryed getting a answer from the Bioware forums but i need to register my game and i have lost the barcode so no point there! I have googled but again everthing leads to Bioware I will give you the scan details but any other info you may like just ask and i will try and get it? Thanks for any help you can give?
