I need help finding a webcomic maker

I've got sprites and a basic format I've been using but since I changed OS's on my netbook the TBO webcomic program I was using won't install anymore :/

Anyone got any advice for a comic maker on Linux? Your help is appreciated.

Have you looked into GIMP? Looks like it does most of the stuff you'd need, and appears to be Linux-friendly...

That's preinstalled. I just have a bad time with photoshop like programs. But does is include speech bubbles and whatnot?

What exactly kind of program do you need? I would have thought a webcomic would simply require a pencil and paper, a scanner, and photoshop or something of the likes.
For those of us not artistically well endowed sprite based comics is the way to go. I can't draw to save my life.
