I Need Help Remembering Something

Basically I read this one Trope on TVTropes, and on either the Comic Book or Literature section had this one event.

The Villain was caught, and The Hero is happy that he caught him but the Villain gives the Hero a note. That note basically causes the Hero to break down and cry.

It's like that, but the roles could have been reversed.

I cannot for the life of me remember what it was from or what trope(I have been trying to find it, though).

Would you guys please help me find it?

I did. Didn't find it.

EDIT: Herioc BSOD is when the Hero just stands there in shock, but his/her face emotionless. Like blank.

Crying wouldn't fit that.
