So, I decided to make a manga for my girlfriend. First problem I hit is that I can't draw anime, but I'll work around that. Now writing's normally my strong suite, but I don't have enough ideas to really make a good sized book. The overhanging plot consists of my character hunting down and killing the shogun who kidnapped my gf. I also have a Samuel L Jackson in Afro Samurai style ghost following me, and I'm working toward a Tarantino-y plot set up.
I have a beginning and end, but not much of a middle. Any ideas?

Anything with a trapdoor/ other family member also being stolen at the same time, which actually turned out to be fake, and after you rushed to save the falsly kidnapped family member, now you're screwed because you have no clue where your gf is since the kidnapper moved her while you were screwin around tryin to save the fam member

Insert the following:

Awkward boob touching scene
Someone bitching about the environment/no one should fight ever/killing is wrong
Awkward three way romance
Kat Girls

Serious Note: The journey (Middle) is the best part of the story, friend. You'll have to do it on your own if you want it to be 'made' by you.

Try blowing on the cartridge a little and stick it back into the console, that usually works for me.

Series of challenges/diversions/things the bad guy put in your way that you have to overcome. They get increasingly more difficult and seemingly impossible near the end. Like a guy above me said, the journey is the best part.
