They have a whole collection of Omnibus books for Aliens, Predator, and Aliens vs. Predator. I had them all as a kid and then lost them to a flood, so these books are now part of my prized possessions.vance32 said:Have you tried Alien versus predator comics?
A series that I really enjoyed is the Grendel books. They really have a unique way of telling a story, and the art style is similar to Sin City in a lot of the series. Devil by the Deed, God and the Devil, and the Batman/Grendel crossover are all great things to pick up.vansau said:This largely means sitting through boring lectures and a lot of free time in the evenings, so I'm looking reading material to entertain myself with. Preferably in the form of comic books.
So, what are your suggestions?
As far as actual novels go, I just read The Forever War by Joe Haldeman. Upon finishing it, I immediately read it again. It's easily one of the best science-fiction novels ever written and a quick read if you're into sci-fi.
I also started Ringworld by Larry Niven (basically the book that Halo stole all its interesting ideas from) and I was hooked by the first few pages.
