I need some help

OK, this might be a stupid question, and you might sentence me to banhammering for it, but:
In Street FIghter IV, the PC version, I can't execute Zanghief's ultra and super moves, since I can't do the double "spin" on my keyboard. Yeah, stupid I know, but plz help!

Get a PC gamepad?

Yeah...not much of help but its the only solution I can think of...

Don't the 360 gamepads work on PCs?

Anyway, I guess that making sure you could use a keyboard wasn't even considered when they ported the game.

I can see this sort of behaviour getting more common, despite my love for keyboard and mouse control systems.
