I have a laptop and I've had no problems with it but I had to buy a new charger 2 months ago. Today however it crapped out on me I've read online that it is possible to fix but highly unlikely so what do I do? The return policy for Best Buy is 30 days. Do I go in a ***** about there shitty products and demand a new one or what?

I suggest you go in and complain in a gentlemanly manner. Slip in a British accent if need-be. To my knowledge, Best Buy isn't inherently filled with assholes and fucktard employees, so you can probably get away with requesting a replacement of product, because this one appears to be designed to kill itself. And no, I didn't drop it.
