Hey escapists I need your knowledge.

I would like to purchase a PS3 HD component cable so i can get a nice picture, but my TV dousn't have the 5 coloured ports at the back, it has the 3 standard composites and a HDMI.

Will i still be able to buy and use it in the standard ports? even if its not that much better?

Dont HDMI cables have not colour plugs? Mine is like one single large cable, not the classic 3 seperate ones...

If your TV has an HDMI port, get an HDMI cable, it works allot better than a composite

Just use HDMI, it is the High Definition connection.
I believe your refering to composite, HDMI is better then that afaik, I use it and the PS3 looks nice and sharp , so does my PC on the same TV.
