I NEED YOUR HELP!

hey i could really use some help, see my laptop is kinda old about 4 or 5 years and its gotten really slow so slow that i cant even watch the videos on this website i mean it loads them fast but plays at a terrible frame rate like really really terrible so does any one know any way i could speed up my laptop for free?

Defrag it, maybe even delete everything and reinstall windows. That might help.

Other than that, don't know. I wouldn't overclock a laptop, you don't want those things running hot.

Try reinstalling the OS (if you don't know what that is, it's windows or mac)
