Yes, get Dragon Age.

I have played it for 2 days straight now, and it is AWESOME
[sub]Also, mods are great... if you ignore the adult ones[/sub]
Thank you but what do you think makes it good?

It's a bit slow to start, but I'm ten hours in now and utterly engrossed.

ALMOST as good as Mass Effect.

Don't get it if you don't like watching talky cutscenes though, and you won't see many Dragons for most of the game.

Here are a few reasons why I like it so much:

1. Interesting characters... Shale, Alistair, Morrigan, Zevran... I'm just starting to get in to Sten's backstory and he fuckin' rocks.

2. It's actually quite difficult... in certain fights if one thing doesn't go your way you could be screwed. I've died a lot more than I care to admit, but I still made it through. After a while your characters start to feel like badasses.

3. The character builds are pretty unique... playing a rogue is different from a mage is different from a warrior, but there's also different types... archer, two-hander, two weapons, death magic, nature magic, blood magic, shield and sword, shapeshifting, etc...

4. It's a solid story, filled with deception, betrayal, feuding, surprises, and no two playthroughs are exactly the same, unless you want them to be.

Yep, I sat from experience that its MUCH better on the PC than the console versions (well, 360 anyway)

When you're done with that, buy Fallout 3 and Oblivion if you haven't already.

And then buy Mass Effect.

Actually, just buy all of them.
