i pod touch not syncing apps

my ipod touch wont sync apps from itunes, any ideas why?
for some reason the apps are registered to more than 5 PC's and i think thats the problem, but at most they should have been sync on 2 PC's. i did buy my apps so they should work!

If that is the problem, going to your account in the iTunes store and clicking the 'Deauthorise All' button will, uh, deauthorise all the computers
You'll need to authorise the computers that you want to be again, though.
