I posted this on gamefaqs but I'm not getting much help, this is a quest in Fallout: New Vegas and I need some help, I'm in the tower that I have to investigate because of the late night break ins but when I get there, nobody else is there. There's a radio I can click on but it does nothing, what am I suppose to do?
