Do not feed the troll. He is an ignorant tool who doesnt see the bigger picture. If he hates Christianity so much he should move to an enclave with no one around him because he fails to see that almost all parts of his/her society have been influenced by said religion. This doesn't make it better or worse but one thing to remember is that there are many christian countries that live side by side peacefully yet look at certain other religions and their countries that condone stoning, owning women as possessions and cant go a week without setting off car bombs in crowded areas.

The worst religion my arse!

God made those things, otherwise it would be impossible for us to perform them - they wouldn't exist.

God knows everything, and therefor, before he even made us he knew we would fall from grace. This means when he created AIDS, he knew exactly who would get it and how long it would take to kill them. Same idea with Hell - he made it knowing who would go there.

God isn't my parent. He has the ability to bring us into a perfect world. He didn't.

Your arguments fail.
You didn't deserve a perfect world. Humanity hasn't grown enough, hasn't earned it. What value is a good life if you did nothing to gain it, put forth nothing for it?

If I were in the same position as God, I would reward growth when I see it. Life now is better than ever before, I can only think that we are being granted more as we keep on moving forward. Or, God wanted to see us make lives better for us, which we certainly have.

Parents who make things cushy for their children will just have to deal with parasites until they cut them off, whereupon they'll be unlikely to accomplish much. But, if the parent forces the child to continue to grow stronger until that removal point, then the child will most likely prosper. You don't think the same principle could apply to God?

People who refuse to be open minded/ see things from another perspective

People who agree with something/ disagree with something despite the fact that the other choose if much ether as a whole in every way possible, and their choice is harmful.

People who ignore all evidence going against them/refuese to hear an counterpoint etc.

People who take everything seriously and can't exxecpt a joke

People who can't understand that nothing is black and white, everything is morally, ethically, or whatever grey/ That EVERYTHING changes with the context.

people who refuse to belilve that technically, anything is possible.

Hmm, I'm starting to think I hate people who use the word "evil" as if some conflict between GOOD AND EVIL were some fundamental aspect of our everyday lives. Like there's right way and a wrong way and a person always know which one is right. Life isn't complex, and when someone does something we disagree with, they certainly don't have some valid reason for doing it from their own perspective. And this is all just part of an average day because humans are always embroiled in an EPIC COSMIC CONFLICT that lends GRAVITAS and MEANING to our every action. Yeah, I don't like people who think like that.

-judgmental types
-constant complainers and whiners

Oh here's a peculiar one.

-those afraid of an awkward moment.

I'd like to see something try and think about that one for a second and tell me what I'm getting at...=P

As opposed to, say...republican and zealous elitists?
Not to pick...just sayin', there's two sides to every coin.

Though, if I may use our statements as a lead-in, one trait in people I definitely hate is having a binary view on life.

You know, people who feel "you're either with us or against us". Stuff like that.
I'm with you on that one. I've spoken with people from both sides and when political issues are broken down, it seems like the only truly objective way to solve some of them is with a coin toss.

As for people I can't stand (aside from the above), I can't stand people who only show respect to people they know personally and who treat every other random stanger they meet like crap (A reason why I dislike the city).

Furthermore, I really can't stand people who harass or harm others for fun.

Yeesh... that first one made me wince a little. I mean, I'm an atheist but it's not my entire life. I do disagree with some of the messages in religion and some of the the ideas it teaches/preaches but I don't hate religion or the religious, I've just got a different viewpoint. It's no worse than saying I agree more with Queen than I do with the Beatles. However, this will lead me onto the original topic:

People who criticize/deny something they have no working understanding of. It's does nothing but form a weak weak argument that anyone can refute, it makes you look stupid and it wastes everyone's time ?including yours. Researching a subject before making a claim against it, if nothing else, will mean that your arguments will have more weight to them.

Anyone who thinks that it's okay to drink and drive. I lost two good friends that way; the guy who was driving and the girl he hit. There's never a good excuse to put peoples lives at risk and expect to be lucky all the time. Call me biased and naive if you want, but the law is there for this particular reason.

Radio DJs. Granted I do not dislike all of them, just the select few who are politically, morally or ethically biased. I don't like being preached to and I especially don't like being told what my opinion about something should be just because someone thinks I'm somehow wrong for disagreeing with them, but more than that I find it disgusting that they offer to take the opinions of other people but only present their side of the story without letting the opposition get a word in.

Anyone who thinks rape only counts when a woman is raped by a man but never the other way around. It's a sickening double-standard and it needs to be phased out immediately.

I could go on, but I think you get the jist of where I'm coming from by now. I simply don't tolerate the intolerable. I don't agree with hate, hypocrisy, black-and-white thinking and/or ignorance in any form but I will never hate anyone myself because of those things; I simply disagree with it. Society isn't perfect and we do what we can to get by, I understand this, but there's never a good excuse to do something deplorable with that will hurt a person or a group of people; indirectly, directly, physically, emotionally and/or psychologically.

To stay on gaming...
I hate reviewers that mark an awesome game 8.5 for "last year's graphics", giving it the same score as some generic AAA franchise-squeezing sequel.
I hate people who think being good at QTE makes them awesome.
I hate people who think their particular game(MMOs especially) isthe best when they have never played another like it.
I hate developers that simplify their gameplay in sequels.
I hate developers that make sandbox games with linear stories and content.
I hate the people at EA and how they buy so much IP and simply use them the way a teenager uses a Playboy.
I hate people who think playing something on Wii makes them good at it in real life.
I hate people who think playing Guitar Hero makes them good at the guitar.
I hate people who think they sound good singing in Rock Band
I hate people who think they can dance from playing DDR.
I hate box art blurb printers. "...The best game I played all year!!!" IF YOU HAVE BEEN IN A COMA! Why can't there be just one horrendous game with the blurb "I am glad i never have to play that again" or "the perfect game for suicidal people who have given up hope and just need that one last nail..." or "the last one was better" on the box? I would buy that in the bargain bin.
I hate people who think games cause violence. If a game makes you violent its just as likely that a book or a tv show or a really good grilled cheese sandwich or the wind will make you violent as well.
but most of all i hate people who hate people, so change all the hate above to "dislike".

People who keep bitching about 'kids today'

People who have 'lost their faith in humanity' (drama queens, basically)

People who refuse logical arguments for no reason. Sure, you may disagree for other reasons, but my argument is still valid.

people who have long annoying debates on forums. The saddest part is when it gradually becomes clear that the one you share an opinion with prefers condescension and hostility to calm, rational discussion. Especially considering rational discussion is the ultimate weakness of religion.

Also, the guys in front of me in Microeconomics. Just skip class if you're going to talk the entire time!

well there's one guy that seems to be the embodiment of everything I hate:

the guy who insults everyone around him and irritates people because it amuses him. Basically goes way to far, but then overreacts over the tiniest insult directed back at him. Even when being a jerk to everybody, expects everyone to like him. He follows our group around, trying to get into our conversations, and worst of all, trying to include himself in our inside jokes that really you could only understand as a long standing friend.

Attempts to be funny in such unfunny ways, and you can predict when it's coming from the tone of his voice and such, and it's painfully bad. When told he isn't funny, he denies attempting it.

Basically anyone who does that stuff. There's more, but this is just off the top of my head. People who do any of this stuff irritate the hell out of me, and the fact I have now found all of these traits in a single person should be a sign of the apocalypse.

-people who think nerds are bad
-people who don't like to listen in class
-people who talk in class
-people who drive REALLY REALLY slowly (NC has a lot of people like this)
-people who put their turn signals on RIGHT when they're turning (driving)
-people who are racist
-people who think religion is like water; that you need it to survive
-people who think Justin Bieber(Beaver(Vagina)) is awesome
-people who have the name Miley Cyrus
-people who make fun of others just to look cool
-people who accuse others without evidence. I watch a lot of Investigation Discovery, and I've seen it.
-people who trash talk me for liking anime. You may not like it, but that's no reason to trash talk ME for liking it.
-people who don't even try at school
-people who yell in my ear
-people in general. I HATE THE COMPANY OF HUMANS!

.........Yeah, there's a lot of things about people I can't stand............

The post that got you suspended was quite witty.

I agree with the first two.

I've met some open-minded Christians. They're worth keeping around. I can't say that I can't stand them, so.

I can't stand people who have bad taste in music or no taste in music at all.

People who can't form their own opinion.

People who blindly accept anything.

I find your anti-religious bullshit quite annoying.

OP: Tools. You know, the kind of asshole who thinks its cool to announce to his friends as loud as he can how many beers he drank last night. The kind of person who has to mention how he f#cked some random chick at a party, despite the fact that you were talking about work. The kind of person who watches "The Jersey Shore."

People that can't stop quoting Family Guy.

People that still say "The cake is a lie" even though it hasn't been funny for three years.

People that say movies, albums or games are crap even though they haven't ever tried watching, hearing or playing them.

People that use at least one profanity in every sentence.

Aaaaand Nicholas Cage.

Case in point.

Maybe you guys should look in a mirror sometime. The thread clearly asks people what they have no patience for, Pirate Kitty simply answered the question. If you people don't like it, deal with it on your own time. Don't de-rail a thread, trolling a person's answer just because you disagree with their opinion and outlook on life.

You four are quick to call a person a troll and get them suspended, but what you don't realize is, you all can be reported for:

A) De-railing a thread

B) Discussing religion in an off-topic thread

C) Trolling (because really, when you respond to

you're just fighting to get the last word [which, by the way, is hypocrisy based on what you said in your response])
