I consider myself to be a pretty political person. I usually research the issues and then choose a stance on them. Then there are those issues that I just don't care about. Mine are gay marriage and abortion. I know that many consider them to be very important issues, but I don't give a fuck or have an opinion either way. It may be because neither of these really affect me. What about you all out there? Are there any political, or any, issues that you just don't give a fuck about?

There are many things in politics that I don't care about. I'm sure that will come back to bite me in the ass when I'm older, but for right now, I don't care.

It's very..hard to just draw black and white lines. While I couldn't give 2 shits if a gay couple got married, I'm not sure I'd like them having a kid. Say what you like, but it's how I feel. I also don't really care about most cross country politics.

I tend to get really passionate about something and then burn out on it. Things I used to really care about and now don't include food waste in society and feminism.

Yet the news insist on me caring, as they believe I would actually give a damn that Paris Hilton got 5% voters up, while Bitchy McBitcherson got 2% down... (That would be the Presidental election... Again, couldn't grasp to care very much)

I don't give a shit that Facebook is collecting data on me. I've known for years that several corporations could have me dead within a day if they wanted me dead. The government has a lot of records on me anyway, so I'm not worried about some chickenshit corporation gathering a fraction of that information.

I also am not worried about Iran getting The Bomb. Other than Ahmadinejad being a nutcase, the country hasn't shown evidence of actually developing nukes. Even North Korea has shown that dictatorships learn not to use the nuclear card, so I think Iran will learn to tread on thin ice if it ever develops nuclear weapons.

I never liked the phrase "I don't care" I hear it alot when I am talking to someone,though two friends in particular say it ALOT.

I really see what caring has to do with it,things happen and things can and will be discussed and will be implemented in some manner of either law or even just everyday thought or action.

So I don't really see the point of "not caring".

There are a lot of things that are just not worth caring about, practically speaking. If you don't have the intention to actually become some kind of activist, or even donate a couple bucks to X cause, then by all means go ahead and say you don't care, because kudos to you for being more honest with yourself than any number of delusional extremists of any cause who care more about being heard than about actually doing some good in the world.

Personally, the only extent to which I "care" about one issue or the other is just so I can learn more about it, and even then only for the sake of being more aware about the world. The oil spill bores me and so do most other humanitarian crises around the world; until someone is willing to step in and do something drastic to end those problems, then I'm not getting my hands dirty either.

Im interested in lots of things, im interested in Politics and im intrested in International relations however do i give a real damn about it? No. i just find it interesting.

I try to think about things i care about and only Family comes to mind, that and Gaming.

I don't care about politics at all, mainly because until I turn 18 I have no say in them. If they don't trust me enough to make a competent decision until I reach their so called adulthood then why should I care? Maybe i'll start to give a crap once I turn 18.

I have an opinion on pretty much anything political... At least as far as I can see. But something I could care less about is Sports. I think that that section takes up far too much space in my newspaper, and would be better off made into an extended culture/arts section.
