I dunno, I think cod isn't that bad... but sadly, I just don't like most fish. Maybe I haven't had it prepared the right way, or eaten the right one just yet, but I always prefer chicken over fish.

Are you certain you've never had Salmon? When Salmon is cooked right, it's rich with flavor.

the problem with cod is that it's quite expensive, and the fish & chip shop never seems to have improved the recipe when I go there, they just batter it a bit differently. but then again, why would they? it's the most popular fish around and it's still making them big money.

Eh, depends how it's cooked in all honesty. Then again, I'm picky as hell with my seafood...i like calamari quite a bit though, sword-fish is also kind of nice.

Why? Its so terrible! There's so many fish out that are so much better. Bass, trout, so many other choices. My god. I mean seriously, who could eat cod?

So whats your opinion on cod? I hate cod, but maybe you can give me a reason as to why its not as bad as I think it is. I don't see how though because it tastes terrible.

Oh, by the way, Bass is most definitely not a higher quality food fish than cod. Bass is pretty good, for a freshwater fish, but still, it's freshwater. They're a lot more fun to catch than they are to eat.
