can any of you guys help me out of this?

How long have you had your steam account? How valuable are the games on it?

Or more importantly, are you logging onto steam with the same computer you used before?

I could have made a tense assed tense ass is tense pun.

Often this sort of thing is due to Steam Guard, but if it's not sending anything to the email he used to register probably not.

You should definitely contact Steam support, then. Needless to say, Steam hacking should count as theft at the very least. On the other hand if you were banned/suspended as the other guy suggests, well, there has to be a reason for it.

Can't help with reclaimation, but perhaps a little more prevention is in order next time?
Use better passwords, Dont share information, dont leave it logged in in public/shared computers. No matter how much you trust your friends/family, given the chance anyone can be a dick. Its practically in the Brostitution. They're obligated to.

I'm assuming you're innocent until proven guilty. You could have broken some rules unwittingly.

Anyway, just get to it. Post on the steam forums if the main support system doesn't seem to be working.

Shouldn't he get a msg to his e-mail if he was banned that list the reason and how long the ban will last?

OT: I would try to write another ticket, have happen before that some don't process through.

Something like that happened to me once, with my Hotmail account. I could access Hotmail just fine from my private computer at home, but my password was mysteriously invalid when I tried logging on from the computer at work. So I changed my password. Yes, I could still do that. Then, I got home - and my password had somehow become invalid again.

Eventually, I noticed that whenever my boss uses the work computer, he always leaves Caps Lock on. This was after I had changed my password several times.

So... maybe you've left Caps Lock on?
