I seriously need help with my server

It's a Gmod server,and here are my main problems.
-My test subject noticed all my addon stuff looked like errors to him
-My Nuke Pack does not work (I can't use any nuke weapons)
-I can't spawn entities
-I have no idea how to change maps or game modes

Please help,I really want this server to work and your links,tips,etc. can help me get the server to the best condition a server running on a laptop can be!

Well it's off to Google to hopelessly look for solutions. *sigh*

I think problem 1 has been solved,but I would need a test subject to find out.
