OT: I personally think that while you should feel a little bad about it, you shouldn't beat yourself up over it. Yes you were both of consenting age, nothing bad came of it but the potential for something bad happening, most likely between you and your friend was a definite possibility. That being said, it happened 3 years ago and nothing bad happened.
